London Fire Block Construction

London Fire Block Construction is an arm of London Fire Block but by no means a side line. Dean and Mick have worked as builders for over 20 years together on multiple projects. Whilst mostly domestic we have also undertaken small to medium commercial projects around the UK.

 

Our domestic projects cover a wide range of work including extensions, lofts, garage conversions and exterior painting. You name it we have done it! We value the opinion of our customers and we listen.

We believe in agreeing a payment plan whereby the customer feels safe in the knowledge that they will not be left out of pocket.

We have strong moral principles this means that you can be assured that our belt and braces approach will mean that you get the best result possible in the work that we carry out. We are used to working closely with building control, Architects and building engineers.

Safety

We are proud of our record of zero accidents. This is because we are never complacent. The cost of an accident is far reaching, aside from the physical and mental injuries caused they can be costly and time consuming. We have an in-house Health and Safety Advisor who provides all the advice and compliance documentation required.

Peace of Mind

We are in it for the long game and we provide all the necessary guarantees. You are only as good as your last job! We all know that sometimes things don’t work out quite as well as we hoped. But that shouldn’t be your problem. If it is agreed that we are at fault, we will put it right free of charge. No quibble. We are fully insured and will provide all of this information prior to work commencing. 

 

Commercial Services

We have carried out small to medium projects in the commercial field both as sub-contractors and the main contractor. Again, we are experienced in all the requirements for Health and Safety for projects of this nature. We are responsible and reliable.

 

Whatever arena we work in we strive to cultivate an atmosphere of being friendly and approachable. We try to take the inconvenience out of the upheaval of a building project. We offer free advice and consultation at your convenience. If a project is out of our scope, we will assist you as much as possible in engaging the right contractor for you.
